Maxton cars were the creation of the late Bob Sutherland, an avid sports car racer, collector and enthusiast.They were built in Englewood, CO. This car is #007 of 50 cars produced over a three year period.<\/p>\n

They are essentially formula cars for the street. The curb weight of the car is 1,680 lbs. and is powered by a Mazda Rotary 13B engine producing over 230 hp so you may get the idea of the car’s performance. 0-60 in under 5.5 seconds and incredible handling!<\/p>\n

Just under 14,000 original miles, all records from new, 2014 re-paint in it’s original color, Alfa Maroon; recent tan seat upholstery by Auto-Weave; new Optima battery; Revolution alloy wheels (including 5th new spare); Sumitomo tires; original black top, tonneau cover, side curtains; smog gear also included but not needed in CO.; larger electric cooling fan with adjustable thermostat.<\/p>\n
